Features of implementation of adaptive signals processing for a cylindrical antenna array with a horizontal generatrix

Abstract The ways of overcoming the problems caused by specific asymmetry side lobes channels formed at output cylindrical antenna arrays with a horizontal generatrix, which are relevant for underwater robots, considered. An algorithmic solution is proposed based on use adaptive signal power limitation solving detection-direction finding in combination non-adaptive reception or diagonal loading Capon algorithm assessing spectral and correlation characteristics strong signals.
